Bob Conchiglia is Vice President of Advisory Sales and Channel Management for SS&C Advent. In this role he is responsible for all new business development within the firm’s Advisory businesses, including but not limited to Black Diamond, Salentica and Modestspark. Bob’s teams work tirelessly to ensure SS&C Advent’s clients, prospects, and partners receive the best-in-class solutions and services offered to help successfully grow their businesses. He joined the firm in 2006.
Bob has a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Bentley University, and has earned the CIPM designation from the CFA Institute.

Daniel Hernandez joined Addepar in January of 2014 and today is responsible for developing business with the country’s most prestigious Registered Advisors and Family Offices. Daniel offers Addepar and its clients a wealth of knowledge and consultative advice that was acquired in time spent on the Alternatives team at Sungard Asset Management, working with trading, risk and accounting solutions for hedge funds and private equity firms. Daniel holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.

Doug McPhail has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years. The last 11 years has had a primary focus on the Wealth Management sector. Currently, he manages, mentors and leads a team of sales engineers focused on the Advisory segment of SS&C Advent. His team conducts pre-sales activities to consult on best practices for the implementation of Black Diamond (a Portfolio Management System) to RIAs, Family Offices, Independent Broker Dealers, Aggregators, and Financial Advisors
Matt Sonnen is the CEO and Founder of Pure Financial Independence. He has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, he served as vice president of strategic operations and worked with breakaway advisors at Focus Financial Partners. He also worked with RIA partner firms across the country in developing their strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and improve back office efficiencies. Matt also learned the ins and outs of the wirehouse model at Merrill Lynch in the late 1990s and built the infrastructure for Luminous Capital as well.
Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from UCLA.
Alliance & Partnership Development
Michael is an Alliance & Partnerships Specialist at Addepar. He helps lead strategic platform initiatives and integrations with custody, service provider, and technology partners. During his time at Addepar, he was also part of the Business Development team, working with prospective RIA and Family Office clients to showcase the benefits of Addepar and highlight how their firms can get the most out of the system. Previous to Addepar, Michael worked in Wealth Management for half a decade, serving as a client advisor associate at J.P. Morgan Private Bank.
